An Endomorph, as shown left is someone who will always need to train harder and eat carefully. Usually consisting of more cardio with selective weight programmes. If you are an Endomorph you will know it. My own body type is Endomorphic and there are some advantages such as easy muscle gain, transversely there is easy fat gain. The Endomorphs programme is probably the more difficult one. Also remembering that we are not all one 'body type,' we are a mixture of the three.

Ectomorphs are not getting away easy, most Endomorphs would love to be Ectomorphs because they typically eat what they like and find it difficult to gain weight, making it a nightmare for the Ectomorphic body builder. Usually the Ectomorphs are the ones running and making it look a lot easier than Endo's do!

Mesomorph
Muscular body
V shape back
slim waist
toned and defined
good at most or all sports
naturally lean
gains muscle easily
The Mesomorph is the body type we all want to be. Eat pretty well, gain muscle and burn fat too. Not bad. Mesomorphs have the best genetics and the physiques to prove it. They can gain fat too though but seem to do a much bettter job of losing it when the need arises!
Famous Mesomorphs: Bruce Willis, Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Swarzenegger
