Free consultation, followed by a structured programme designed around your personal goals and based on the latest sport specific or weight loss training techniques. Food diary and analysis is included. You choose where you want to train.
Your specific long, medium and short term goals will be discussed and a program
will be written for you to follow in your local gym at home or wherever you decide
to continue your training. After which we will meet as often as you like and I will guide
you through a one hour quality workout designed around your pre-determined goals.
I will monitor and feedback your progress at each session and incorporate any
changes that are needed. I guarantee to get you motivated!
Real Personal Trainer is qualified to give nutritional advice and I offer telephone and email support throughout your time with me. You will not be put on any kind of 'fad' or crash diet for quick results. You will be given the latest and safest healthy eating and exercise advice and if you stick with the plan you will succeed.
