Boxing can benefit everyone, it is not just for men.
This session is suited for all abilities, you will be trained like a boxer but you can stay non contact or if you prefer, sparring will be arranged.
The fitness required for boxing and martial arts is second to none. This session will test you but you will leave feeling invigorated and ready to take on the day ahead.
Over time you will improve your fitness, self confidence, body shape and learn self defence knowledge and survival skills.
If you decide you want to compete, I will point you in the right direction and help you on your journey.
I started boxing training at the age of 33, It has changed my life and I have never looked back. This is probably the best decision you will ever make for your own health and well being.
Some kit will be provided but I recommend you bring your own 16 oz gloves, hand wraps and a skipping rope
